Fried rice is a traditional Chinese food that uses cold rice. The idea of ​​cooking fried rice started with the Chinese people's habit of not eating cold food. Therefore, they try to re-cook the cold rice by adding some spices to make it taste more delicious.

This traditional food was finally brought by the Chinese people who migrated to all corners of the world. So it's not surprising that there are many variants of fried rice from various regions and countries, because they are adapted to local people's spices and ingredients.

Materials:

  • 1 piece of boiled top and bottom chicken thighs, shredded the chicken
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 150 grams skinless prawns
  • 5 pieces of beef meatballs, cut into pieces
  • 5 fish balls, cut into pieces
  • 500 grams of white rice
  • 2 tablespoons of Bango sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fried onions for sprinkling
  • 3 tablespoons oil for frying
 

Coarsely ground spices:

  • 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste, grilled
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 3 pieces of curly red chili
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 red onions

Supplementary material:

3 scrambled eggs

How to cook:

Heat the oil.
Saute coarsely ground spices until fragrant. Set aside on the side of the pan.
Enter the eggs. Stir until grainy.
Add chicken, shrimp, meatballs. Stir well.
Add white rice. Stir.
Add soy sauce, salt and sugar. Stir until cooked.
Add the scallions. Stir well.
Serve with fried eggs and sprinkle with fried shallots.
