Beef minced bamboo shoots,
Ingredients:
  • 500 gr young bamboo shoots
  • 400 gr chopped fresh beef
  • 1000 ml coconut milk
  • Enough water to press the chopped
  • Salt and flavoring

Slice Material:
  • 10 shallots
  • 5 garlic
  • 2 tomatoes

Ground spices :
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder / 15 pieces of red chili
  • 5 roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 segments of galangal
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 segment of turmeric

Supplementary material:
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk


How to cook:
  1. Clean the beef mince. Give enough water, add 2 bay leaves then press until soft, about 15 minutes
  2. Then, the sliced ​​onion and garlic are stir-fried until wilted, add the complementary ingredients. Stir until fragrant then add the smooth ingredients. Saute again until fragrant.
  3. Then add the ground beef that has been soft. Fry for a while then add the coconut milk. Ouch until hot.
  4. Enter the bamboo shoots that have been washed clean. Stir not to break the coconut milk.
  5. After boiling, taste the taste.
  6. Add salt and seasoning if you like.
  7. Then add the sliced ​​tomatoes.
